2025 marked a milestone year for UK Events Crew at Lost Village Festival – our most ambitious and wide-ranging involvement yet. Spread across the surreal and wooded landscape of Lincolnshire, this immersive four-day festival pushed creative boundaries, and we were proud to be at the heart of it.

From our first truck on site to the final load-out, our crew played a central role across all phases of the festival:

Build & Break: We supplied skilled crew throughout the entire build and break schedule, supporting key infrastructure set-up and managing logistical flow across site.

Production Installs: Working closely with the production and design teams, our crew assisted with lighting rig installs across multiple stages and feature areas.

Set Builds: The creative heart of Lost Village thrives on unique, hand-built environments. Our crew supported scenic teams to bring these imaginative spaces to life.

Site-Wide Support: From general crew cover to last-minute fixes, we were a trusted, go-to team throughout.

The Outcome
Lost Village 2025 was a showcase of our capacity, flexibility, and continued commitment to excellence. It was our biggest presence at the festival to date – and one we’re incredibly proud of.
