The company recognises the importance of work-life balance and actively supports flexibility in balancing work and personal commitments. We are proud of our positive, people-focused work culture, where team members are trusted, supported, and encouraged to take ownership of their work. We believe great events are delivered by great people, and we are committed to creating an environment where individuals feel valued, respected, and motivated to do their best work.

Due to the nature of the live events industry, this may occasionally involve changes to work schedules, hours, or location of work to meet client or project requirements.

While it is not possible to prescribe every situation in which flexibility may be needed, both the Company and the Employee agree to operate with a mutual understanding of fairness, respect, and compassion. The Company will always seek to provide reasonable notice of any changes and to accommodate personal circumstances wherever practicable, and in return, the Employee is expected to demonstrate a proactive and positive commitment to the operational needs of the business.
